This site collects marketing strategies for the many Hawaiian Islands into one robust, comprehensive IDX solution. Each island has its own mini-site, and they all flow into a massive interactive map-based search. Users of the site also enjoy saved and ranked favorites, the ability to remove entire listings from their searches, and personalized status- and price-change updates sent directly to their email.
This site features extensive custom javascript work utilizing the Dojo Toolkit framework. The site also utilizes a custom RESTful API (held on a seperate server) to service all realty-related data.
The Sub Shops
The Sub Shops is a Springfield, Missouri heritage. Serving sandwiches, salads, and other related materials, they have been in business for over 50 years. Their website represents the elements that make their company so successful: quick service, quality materials, and a friendly face. Because of their small-business status (and near-cult following), the company had never cared to make an impression on the World Wide Web. Now, with the rise of social and location-based networks, the guys at the Sub Shops are reaching a whole new generation in Springfield, MO.
This site features a styled google map interface, a photo slideshow of locations, and extensive, ongoing social media legwork.
Late Night Record Pool
Late Night Record Pool has been operating long before the rise of iTunes and the MP3. For years, LNRP was servicing music to DJs across the country, mailing out vinyl singles once or twice a month. Today, LNRP is continuing that great tradition, but now service music in the digital realm to DJs (professional and amateur, alike) across the world. The website is at the forefront of their field, offering the most varied music selection of any site like it.
The website features extensive custom javascript to create a robust user-interface. Some of the many examples of this include advanced predictive search, inline access to any song on the page, and an individual landing page for each song. The owner also enjoys a customized Control Panel to add new music to the site in bulk.
TCSI-Transland
This website features a clean, professional design meant to engage the user and attract potential employees. Using extensive custom javascript, this site also offers a multi-page online employment application. Registered users enjoy a deep integration of the site with existing on-site hardware. Clients can see real-time GPS markers of the frieght being shipped integrated into an interactive Google Map, and can even arrange entire orders to be shipped from the site. Employees and freelance drivers enjoy a real-time database of available loads to pick-up and ship.
Washington County Memorial Hospital
This website features a clean, professional design meant to engage the user and attract potential employees. Using extensive custom javascript, this site also offers a multi-page online employment application. Administrators of the site enjoy a comprehensive custom Control Panel to edit, add, and delete elements from the website.
Neale & Newman Law Offices
This website features a clean, professional design with subtle, complimentary javascript. It also features a comprehensive Control Panel that allows the client to update any element on the site, including the masthead header images.
Greater Ozarks Community Credit Union
This logo, designed for local bank Greater Ozarks Community Credit Union, represents the clean simplicity of the company. After meeting with the Credit Union's marketing/media manager, I was able to provide them with a logo and worked with them to tweak the design into a logo that matched their every expectation.
United Flooring Mills
This is an extensive carpet catalog website tied directly into the inventory computers of local company United Flooring Mills. Through daily updates, the system adds, modifies, and deletes site's inventory to mirror the daily changes of inventory in-house. The site also features an aggressive marketing plan including a full SEO strategy, a sales video walk-on directly to the site, and a customized concept gallery allowing users to see real-life examples of product combinations.
Enviren USA
Because of the early beginnings of this company, this website was designed to be sort of an "Internet Infomercial". Designed to be displayed at conventions and sales presentations, the site features a rich and attractive design, a full video introduction, and interactive videos throughout the site. A companion presentational DVD was also authored for this client, allowing potential investors and customers to essentially "watch" the website on their TV.
First National Bank
This is a rendering designed for a local bank with two locations in Springfield, MO and Clinton, MO. It has a rich and engaging design, featuring matching color schemes for each of the branch's individual websites.
Convin, Jones, Davis LLC
This website was designed entirely in Flash to be a robust, engaging, and exciting visual experience. The site features a dynamic theme system and photo gallery, both controlled from the custom Control Panel.
Glass Bottom Boat Ride
Over the years, I have worked with this band to produce multiple design projects including fliers, promotional materials, and CD cases. I've also enjoyed the opportunity to have these guys be the subject of many of my live and portrait photography shoots.
